General Terms & Eligibility

Account Registration & Eligibility

The name, phone number, date of birth, and address provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Any false information discovered during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances.

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. Sharing or selling your account will result in permanent closure in either case.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

EvoBet BDT Supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically instant; withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawals will be sent to the same mobile banking number registered on your account. A different number requires identity verification (KYC). At least one bet must be placed before withdrawing an amount greater than your total deposit.

If any suspicious transactions are detected. EvoBet BDT reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the relevant authorities will be notified.

Betting Rules & Odds Policy

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error EvoBet BDT reserves the right to void that bet.
• The maximum stake per single bet is set individually for each event.

In live betting, odds may change from moment to moment based on match conditions. If a bet is confirmed late due to connectivity issues, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

EvoBet BDT reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet, particularly if unusual betting patterns are detected. This decision may be made without providing a reason.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

EvoBet BDTEvery bonus and promotion on has its own specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to those individual terms as well.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000 BDT. Wagering requirement: the deposit amount + bonus amount must be wagered 10x within 30 days.
• Reload Bonus: Get an extra 20%–50% bonus on deposits on selected days each week. See the promotions page for full details.
• Cashback: A cashback percentage is paid on weekly losses. Cashback is directly withdrawable.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The bonus will be credited once your referred friend makes their first deposit.

EvoBet BDT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If abuse is detected, the bonus may be voided and the account may be closed.

Prohibited Activities

EvoBet BDTThe following activities are strictly prohibited on. Violations will result in immediate action:

• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Artificial betting to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or technical glitches for personal gain.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Bypassing restrictions using a VPN or proxy.

Account Closure & Suspension

EvoBet BDT The account may be suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If the member submits a self-exclusion request.
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. Withdrawals will not be possible after the account is closed, though special requests may be submitted through support in exceptional cases.

Limitation of Liability

• If a bet is missed or placed incorrectly due to your internet connection dropping.
• Payment delays or errors caused by third-party providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Force Majeure — Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your own password.
• For financial losses from betting — betting is inherently risky and no outcome is guaranteed in advance.

Under any circumstances EvoBet BDT's total liability shall not exceed the total balance in your account at that time.
